(More customer reviews)This thermarest is much better than my husband's extremely old ridge rests, which are what I was used to sleeping on. On this, I can sleep on my side comfortably. It inflates quickly, in just 1 minute, and rolls up and deflates easily also. I chose to go with the trail lite rather than the pro lite because of the large price difference. This was around $40 cheaper. It is definitely good enough to suit my needs, and I used it backpacking.
