We bought one of these insta-beds after a power outage during a heat wave.The only area of the house sufficiently cool to sleep was the basement rec-room. After spending one night sleeping in a recliner, my wife wanted something a whole lot more comfortable. We found this product in a local Dick's Sporting Goods store.

- Bed stores folded and rolled-up in a self-contained mini "duffel bag" attached to the bed so you can't lose it.The duffel bag has strong nylon handles,.

- Install 4 D Cell batteries (not included) in the built in air pump. Takes only a minute or so to pump the bed to a good firmness for sleeping.

- Top of bed has soft cotton-like coating, although we used a fitted sheet.

- Since the bed is designed for camping, the bottom is made of thicker and tougher plastic than the other parts.

- My wife slept on it and proclaimed it quite comfortable. No leaks after two days, which was all the longer we needed an emergency bed.

- The pump can be reversed to quickly deflate the bed, whereupon it can be rolled up and stored for the next time.

We'll be ready for the next power outage...
